As a CRM Manager you will be in charge of the customer relationship management strategy of the company. You'll be analysing customer data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. This involves developing targeted marketing campaigns, creating personalised communication strategies. Overall, your role as a CRM Manager is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and success. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak English fluently (at least strong B2) and it's an advantage if you also speak French fluently.
🎓 Experience in the iGaming industry.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
💪🏻 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and techniques.
🥇Excellent problem solving skills. You must have the skills to negotiate and influence.
