The job

The main purpose of the role is to act as an expert in Ads campaign optimization. As part of a larger international team, the Marketing Optimization Specialist will work in close contact with Account Leads to find ways to improve the results of Premium clients. It is a very technical role where market knowledge and ability to collect, analyze and manipulate large amounts of data are of very high importance.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
• Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyze data at both the account and campaign level
• Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
• Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities and drive conversations with clients
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies

 

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Czech at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in digital marketing (either Google, Facebook, TikTok, or through other forms of online marketing). Experience in Excel is required.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
