The job

As a technical support agent you will be resolving issues regarding cloud services and technical challenges related to this. You will be working for a company that delivers the direct customer service for the world's biggest computer technology company. Your daily work will include tasks like the following:

  • Handle business clients’ technical issues via outbound calls, an online ticketing system and remote sessions
  • Analyse service performance issues
  • Prioritise cases and issues after relevance, urgency, and client needs
  • Provide efficient solutions via company procedures and standards
  • Work closely with other team members to provide high-quality support 

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Czech at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).

🎓 Previous experience in IT role or relevant education.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Basic PC technical knowledge, parts, etc, how to install operations, software's.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
