As a Customer Support Agent for this company, you will primarily take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers' inquries regarding subscriptions to the meal package delivery service, payment issues and questions on content. Your daily work as an account manager will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience is desirable in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
