The client is one of Denmark's largest Managed Service Providers. Their full-scale outsourcing concept covers services within consulting, cloud, service operation, network, security and end user IT. The company consists of more than 200 specialists and they have offices in Denmark and the Czech Republic. Their headquarters is in Aarhus, Denmark, but also located in Ballerup, near Copenhagen, and their new office in Prague opened in the beginning of 2019. They seek to always deliver and operate secure, strong and scalable IT platforms, focusing on making life easier for themselves and their customers. They do not over-complicate their processes and they are devoted to making solutions easy to work with.
Your job will be providing technical support to international customers in modern IT environment. You will act as single point of contact for incoming incidents and service requests ranging from Windows issues and network printers to application support and user administration.
As the IT technician, you will be:
💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in a similar position (Help Desk, Service Desk, Customer Support). Experience and general knowledge of Active Directory (User Administration), Application Support Previous, and working with ITSM/CRM tool is an advantage.
💻 You have a basic level of handling computers and knowledge and general interest in Windows 7, 10, and knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
💪🏻 Willingness to continuously learn about IT technologies
🥇 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and great analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue. Ready to take responsibility for critical tasks and ability to collaborate in virtual teams.
