The job

As a customer support for this luxury brand you will be in charge of consulting and supporting customers via phone, mail, and (video)chat for customers in Denmark. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Be in charge of the Danish online store and ensuring that all texts on the online store are translated correctly from English to Danish
  • Localise the Danish online store to cater to the local culture and interests
  • Work closely with marketing to identify localised marketing opportunities
  • Ensure that the store offers a smooth customer experience (check regularly that the payment options are working, etc.)
  • Check up on orders in the e-commerce system and handle returns and complaints
  • Process improvements and data maintenance

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1).

🎓 2-3 years experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce.

  • High motivation, especially for sales and willingness to learn continuously.
  • Hands-on experience with digital campaigns like Google and Meta Ads is a plus.

💻 You have a basic level of handling computers and managing tools.

  • Good IT user skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

💪🏻 Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required to effectively communicate to a diverse audience. You are confident, driven and results-oriented.

🥇 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and great analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue.
