Our client is a global customer experience specialist, providing customer care, sales, technical support and credit management services through their extensive network of contact centers. More than 29.000 trained customer service professionals delivering services in 33 languages to over 400 clients in 20 countries and more than 50 service centers across the World.
In your role as a customer service representative, you will be working for the most popular streaming service in the Nordic region, Viaplay, or one of the world's most renowned car brands. You will be working with digital channels such as incoming calls, emails, social media, and chat. Your task will be to provide expert assistance to customers in these areas. You will have a lot of responsibility, but you will never be left without support, thanks to the strong team spirit and high commitment from both colleagues and leaders.
Your job involves daily tasks like these:
💭 You speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support is an advantage.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
