The job

You'll be the coordinator and advisor for customers who e.g. has broken the leg on a ski trip, or in any way needs clarification regarding their travel insurance. Some of your tasks therefore includes making sure that the transport will be coordinated with different parties. All your tasks has one aim: to ensure that the Danish insurance clients will receive the help they need and get home safe. You'll be part of a cool and young team with the same mentality and interests as yourself.

Before you start handling customers, the necessary training and support will be provided to ensure that you can best assist the customers, achieve success, and reach your goals.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 2 years of experience in a field related to insurance business.

• Bachelor's degree in the field.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary communication skills driven by results. Able to work independently with high work standards.

🥇 Attention to details and with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
