The job

You will be supporting the Belgian and Dutch customers. You'll be working closely with the Wealth Support Team Lead in a young, fast-paced, and innovative environment. The main focus in your department is investments, fonds, bonds, and morgtages. Your role also includes studying a bit outside of working hours to earn an official certificate in banking education. Your daily work include tasks like these:

  • Get new customers by answering incoming calls and emails
  • Handle customer questions and escalate technical issues to the right team
  • Give customers details about the bank's products and services
  • Carry out customers' requests, e.g. making payments, placing trades, transferring investment portfolios, and opening or closing accounts
  • Assist with the bank's marketing efforts during campaigns, especially those related to savings and wealth products

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (strong B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care in the banking sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • You need high school diploma.

💻 Good online communication and customer handling skills.

💪🏻 You are a quick learner and highly motivated.

🥇 Professional, mature and service-oriented.
