The job
The main purpose of the role is to understand and analyse guidelines as well as providing insights to enhance AI performance for the client. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Evaluate inquiries according to the company's guidelines, providing input and requesting clarification as needed. These inquiries may involve sensitive or potentially harmful material
- Participate in consensus-building and norm-setting sessions with international teams, engaging in productive discussions to reach agreement
- Understand statistical and quality metrics to enhance performance outcomes
- Implement a continuous training approach
- Maintain cultural awareness of contemporary Dutch trends and region-specific subtleties within templates
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their ethical implementation in advertising systems, with strong grasp of advertising regulations, platform policies, and privacy laws.
- Awareness of ethical considerations in advertising content evaluation, particularly when handling sensitive or controversial material.
👂🏻 Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise, listen attentively, and respond effectively to customer needs.
💻 Basic understanding of computer handling. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
