Dutch speaking Trainer – Riga

The job

You will be responsible for conducting training and content about product, process, behavior, motivation, and soft skills for employees. Therefore, you will be in charge of creating the best training possible to make the employees meet the required standards and KPI's.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Conduct monthly client calibrations sessions
• Preparing and administrating periodic performance reviews for agents
• Provide improvement suggestions around training delivery/content/deployment
• Identify improvement opportunities to ensure business development, and conduct refresher training to increase effectiveness
• Monitor agent performance after they have been handed over to operations (0-30days)

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a B2 or C1 level and you can communicate in English (B1).

🎓 A minimum of 3 years experience in the industry, and 1 year experience as trainer. Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills for creating and conducting training material.

💪🏻 Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with effective time management skills.

🥇 You are flexible, take ownership, and you work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
