The job

You will be supporting both Dutch and French speaking customers. The main focuses in your department are investments, fonds, bonds, and mortgages. Your daily work include tasks like these:

• Get new customers by taking incoming calls and responding to customer emails
• Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues to the technical support, to find an explanation and solution to the issue at hand
• Provide customers with information about the bank’s products and services
• Follow up on customers’ instructions including payments, placement of trades, transfer of investment portfolios, and account opening and closure
• Support the bank’s marketing strategy

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level (or at least C1), and confident in speaking French (at least B2).

• You can also be Flemish, as long as you are fluent in Dutch.
• Also fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care in the banking sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.

💻 Good online communication and customer handling skills.

💪🏻 You are a fast learner and highly motivated.
