The job:

Their global clients provide end-to-end transformative business process management (BPM) services. Our integrated IT and business process management approach enables our clients across industries and service lines to unlock business value and address their business challenges.

As the IT technician, you will be

• Delivering local IT support to all technology infrastructure projects in the Brno location
• Physically handling hardware assets and taking responsibility for asset inventory.
• Installing PCs, laptops, and hardware preparation for deployment to users' home
• Administration of win servers and end-user computers
• Updating patches, migration to different hardware
• Fixing vulnerabilities, ensuring the latest antivirus signatures are in place, etc
• End-user support for applications, IP telephony, etc., and necessary activities related to site support/administration

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write English fluently.

🎓 You have a degree in IT (bachelor's/master's), or have working experience in a similar position.

💻 You master advanced general IT knowledge. You have experience in networking (cisco access points). as well as knowledge/experience in supporting user applications (MS Office, Citrix, VPN).

💪🏻 Customer-facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

🥇 You have experience in managing active directory, WSUS, and antivirus servers is an advantage.
