Our client was founded in 2012 as part of a mission to provide players with the ultimate betting experience. Operating out of Malta, they currently offer customers betting, lotto and casino, with more opportunities on the horizon. The company continues to sniff out new opportunities and put their best foot forward to ensure players get nothing less than the very best.
As the new Online Casino Content Producer and Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer service through chat, email, and phone, as well as take responsibility for content production, translations, and processing documents related to customer account opening. You will interact with both Finnish and English-speaking customers. The office language is English. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write Finnish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience with the online casino industry is an advantage, but not required.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills. You must have the skills to negotiate with common sense logic when collecting debts, confidence and empathy.
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
