The job:
You will assist customers in Finnish through phone calls, chat, and email. Customers will contact you when they need help with the products. In this role, you have the opportunity for personal customer service and to influence the company's development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, is technically minded with a head for solving problems, and a desire to learn new skills.
Your job involves daily tasks like these:
💭 You speak Finnish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support. Experience with carpentry, used to the tools, or worked in a shop is an advantage.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
