As a customer support agent for this client your responsibilities include answering phone calls from customers regarding online banking. Your first tasks will be handling taxi booking. People usually call to book a taxi, but sometimes also to ask where their taxi is or
to give feedback. The customers are old or sick people with some health issues. The calls are short, 1-3 minutes, and on busy days you can expect around 150 phone calls/day. Evenings and weekends are more quiet, and you can expect around 70-90 calls/day. After 2-3 months you will be taught new projects, such as other taxi services, lost and found, and maintenance.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak Finnish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.
🥇 Can handle the pressure with very hectic job, and won’t get bored with simple tasks
