The job

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness
  • Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Analyse claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvements

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write French fluently (at least B2) and also English fluently (at least B2).

🎓 Experience in relevant software systems (e.g. CRM, claims management software).

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills, with excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;

💪🏻 Ability to handle phone calls, respond to emails, and skillfully guide the client.

🥇 Have strong communication and customer oriented skills; you are punctual and reliable; highly skilled to handle incoming inquiries successfully and give a useful guidance to the client.
