The job

As a content executive manager you will be in charge of copywriting, sharing ideas with marketing teams, and helping with CRM campaigns in the sports and iGaming industry. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Write content for emails, landing pages, SMS, etc.
• Review, edit, and update content for company websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
• Execute CRM campaigns - always meeting deadlines
• Analyse promotion performances
• Share ideas and recommendations with the marketing team
• Keep yourself informed about sports and casino news in the target markets
• Write creative briefs for designers and editorial writers in assistance with the Brand Lead’s
• Organise editorials and imagery to keep the desktop and mobile content fresh and up-to-date

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 At least 1 year of experience in customer support in iGaming OR writing editorials/content in a multi-lingual environment.

• Experience working with leading industry CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Emarsys, OptiMove etc. is an asset.
• Basic HTML knowledge a plus.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills as well as an understanding for the gaming industry.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills and used to critical thinking.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
