Our client is an international service company specialising in customer experience and business process outsourcing and have over 50,000 employees. It was formed in 2019 through the merger of two customer relationship management businesses.
As a Customer Support Agent, your daily work will include tasks like these:
📞 Answering customer inquiries and helping to handle complex issues.
💻 Providing support to resolve issues related to the lifespan of an online purchase.
📄 Collaborating with partners and conducting surveys to optimize relationships between customers and partners.
🕵🏻 Performing tasks in SAP at a highly detailed level.
💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
