You will function as lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Care Team Leaders. Your tasks will include:
💭 Fluent in French (native) and English (B2)
🎓 Customer Support Management experience required and a good working knowledge of the iGaming industry!
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques. Ability to think strategically and to take the lead.
🥇 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills. You must have the skills to negotiate with common sense logic when collecting debts, confidence and empathy.
