As a VIP Account Manager you will be in charge of handling customers’ day to day issues and inquiries, via phone, chat, and emails - sometimes including out of hours when necessary, in order to provide the VIP with personal and ‘competition beating’ service!
Your tasks will include:
💭 Fluent in French (native) and English (B2).
🎓 6 months work experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management in the online sector and iGaming
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
💪🏻 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and techniques. Ability to think strategically and to take the lead.
🥇Excellent problem solving skills. You must have the skills to negotiate and influence. You are self-driven, great at planning and priotising, and available to work weekends occasionally (rewarded).
