The job

As a VIP Team Leader you will be responsible for a inspiring, supporting, and leading your team. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Oversee and guide a team of VIP Account Managers, ensuring they provide great service and exceed performance targets
  • Make and implement strategies to continously optimise the performance of the VIP account manager team.
  • Monitor VIP activity and team performance metrics on a daily basis to maintain a consistently positive customer experience
  • Support and coach the team in managing outbound communications with high-value clients, ensuring timely and efficient contact

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you speak English fluently (minimum B1).

🎓 2-5 years of experience in leading sales or customer service teams, with a strong focus on VIP or high-value clients.

  • 2-5 years of experience in the online gaming sector, with a deep understanding of VIP client needs and behaviors

💻 You are used to working and managing computer and computer systems.

💪🏻 You can multitask, you're exceptional at managing workload and deadlines, and you have excellent communication skills.

🥇 Ability to work well under pressure. Diligence and reliability in the processes and tasks assigned
