About the job

The main purpose of the role is to review user flagging reports regarding content on TikTok. It is a very detail oriented role, where stress resistance and concentration are of very high importance.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Review user flagging reports regarding website content
• Understand and remain up-to-date with client’s policies and guidelines
• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies
• Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 No work experience needed, you will be provided with the necessary training.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information, and follow guidelines for content moderation.

🥇 You are a fast learner, professional, and thorough.
