The job

As the customer consultant you will be interacting with customers on the phone or via email and the role requires you to be good at selling products and services. Some of your daily tasks include:

• Handling calls/mails/chats and technical support
• Work in Salesforce (logging calls and answering emails)
• Independent research of information on various platforms
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care and sales is an advantage - you must posses good sales skills.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
