As a customer support agent your responsibilities include answering phone calls and e-mails. There will mainly occur cases concerning account issues, payment issues, and general information about the iGaming rules etc.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills as well as an understanding for the gaming industry. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
