As a customer support agent/representative, you will primarily take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus. You need to have an absolutely clean credit record (no records of non-payment)
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
