As the customer support agent you will be interacting with customers on the phone or via email. Some of your daily tasks include:
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
