The job

As a customer support agent you will be receiving inbound calls, live chat, email and social media interactions from German speaking customers. Your daily work will include tasks like the following:

  • Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and orders by entering data accurately into our support tools.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies.
  • Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs.
  • Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).

🎓 Experience in the the customer support industry is a plus.

  • Interest in sports

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office Package)

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
