The job

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, and drive new business through outbound and inbound campaigns regarding security solutions. You are going to be the first point of contact for businesses, and you're in charge of navigating them to the right solutions, as well as contributing to sales growth across EMEA. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Meet quarterly sales and performance targets set by the company by closing deals and getting new customers
  • Make outbound calls and emails to potential customers to assess their needs
  • Keep track of customer details and sales progress in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Create outbound campaigns and find new business opportunities (pipeline generation)
  • Upsell and cross-sell security products to existing customers
  • Present technical solutions and value propositions to businesses
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify new sales opportunities

Your qualifications

💭 You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.

  • Experience with outbound sales in the IT industry
  • It's a plus if you have: B2B sales experience within Cyber Security

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

  • Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS industry, Cloud computing concepts and competitive landscape in the Cloud Service Providers world.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • It's a plus if you have: Cloud certification or Cyber Security certification.
