The job

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Process incoming orders
• Verify order details and coordinate with other teams
• Fulfill and resolve issues and discrepancies related to billing
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts
• Maintain detailed records of processed invoices

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

• Experience in invoice processing is an advantage.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills, and attention to detail.

• Confident in the use of common software applications and experience with invoice processing software is a plus.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 Strong communication skills, team-oriented, able to work effectively under pressure and reliable.
