The job
As a Junior Sales Specialist your job is to reach out to potential customers via phone and email. You will be provided with a list of already interested customers who visited the client's website.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Take part in internal product meetings in German and English
- Build relations starting from sales experts ending with directors, CFO, IT specialists or CEO and learn from each other
- Create new opportunities for the sales team to follow up on.
- Check if marketing leads meet certain criteria before passing them to sales reps.
- Meet monthly goals, such as converting leads to sales opportunities, generating leads, and setting up meetings.
- Participate in call-out days and events.
- Stay updated on product releases, marketing updates, sales methods, and customer buying behaviors.
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write German fluently (minimum C1) and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in doing outbound calls is a plus, but not a must.
- Call to IT director/manager(c-level)
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of CRM system and computer handling.
💪🏻 You're a fast learner with excellent communication skills and relationship-building skills.
