The job
In this customer support role you will be interacting with customers ONLY via email and chat - no calls are included. Some of your daily tasks include:
- Handling chats and mails from customers regarding payment issues, service issues, cancellations, and other product related inquries
- Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
- Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write German fluently (C1 or strong B2) and you understand English.
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong written communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
