You will be responsible for conducting training and content about product, process, behavior, motivation, and soft skills for employees in the German department. Therefore, you will be in charge of creating the best training possible to make the employees meet the required standards and KPI's.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 A minimum of 3 years experience in retail, and 1 year experience as trainer. Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills for creating and conducting training material.
💪🏻 Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with effective time management skills.
🥇 You are flexible, take ownership, and you work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
