As a VIP Account Executive your main purpose is to maintain a great relationship to the most important clients of the company. You will update and manage a portfolio of the VIP customers in order to provide personal and tailored offers for them. Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing users’ expectations and daily queries regarding games, payments, offers, rewards etc You'll be coordinating with the CRM team.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Minimum 2 years experience in iGaming (customer support) or 1 year in VIP management
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills as well as an understanding for the gaming industry. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.
🥇 Great analytical skills to interpret data and prioritise which tasks need attention first.
