The job

As a VIP Account Executive your main purpose is to maintain a great relationship to the most important clients of the company. You will update and manage a portfolio of the VIP customers in order to provide personal and tailored offers for them. Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing users’ expectations and daily queries regarding games, payments, offers, rewards etc You'll be coordinating with the CRM team.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Handle VIP customers' queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor the performance of clients (KPIs) and proactively target clients to increase performance
  • Perform outbound sales calling to targeted groups of clients within their portfolio
  • Monitor day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive experience. Go the extra mile to encourage customers
  • Always be proactive: monitor and contact potential customers to expand the VIP segment
  • Manage budgets to ensure the relevant KPIs are acceptable
  • Evaluate and keep up to date with market trends on existing offers in order to stay ahead of the game.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Minimum 2 years experience in iGaming (customer support) or 1 year in VIP management

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills as well as an understanding for the gaming industry. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇 Great analytical skills to interpret data and prioritise which tasks need attention first.
