The job

As Accommodation Services Specialist you will be in charge of facilitating onboarding and support as well as coordination with property sign ups for all of the client's accommodation partners. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Educate partners on the use of the extranet and manage availability on site
  • Assist in activation of listings (outbound and inbound calls, tickets)
  • Process sign-ups so that there is zero backlog
  • Optimise content to maximise conversion
  • Help with market and competition research
  • Resolve issues related to key accounts
  • Meet individual KPIs and team goals by following procedures
  • Promote supplier self-service support and maintenance
  • Increase operational efficiencies and revenue within the team and improve the workflows
  • Improve Net Promoter scores/Satisfaction Scores from the client's accommodation partners

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in English (at least C1).

🎓 Bachelor or equivalent degree required.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent at problem solving, good relationship building and negotiation skills.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
