As Customer Experience Specialist you will be in charge of delivering excellent customer service and manage the needs of customers (guests and partners) through phone and email. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in English (at least C1).
🎓 1-2 years of experience in customer support and care is an advantage - e.g. travel industry or tourism.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Typing speed of 30 words per minute
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills (motivational and soft skills).
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
