As a customer support agent you will be handling incoming calls and emails and provide the customers with help, advices, and guidance. The inquiries can be about anything from booking of hotels/vacations, car rentals, payment issues, and general questions. You will receive training before you start working so you will be prepared for handling the customers' requests.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write Italian at a native level and your are fluent in English (strong B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care or tourism is a plus but not a must.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and excellent negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
