As a customer support executive for this client your duties include answering phone calls and e-mails from customers regarding general enquiries, comments, feedback and issues related to the company's service. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write Korean at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
