The Job

Your role

As a customer service representative, your role will be to provide expert assistance to customers. You will have a lot of responsibility but will never be without support, thanks to the strong team spirit and high commitment from both colleagues and leaders. There are now opportunities to work from home, but this may change, so it is important that you live within reasonable distance from our office.

Position:

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Opening hours: Mon - Sun 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Employment percentage: 100%
  • Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Requirements

About you:

We are looking for someone who is conscientious and solution-oriented, enjoys using the phone as a tool, and loves talking to people. You are motivated, like working with goals, and enjoy working independently while being a good team player.

In addition, we want you to have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
  • Very good understanding of data and systems.
  • Experience in the service industry is an advantage.
