You will be responsible for the training of newcomers, making sure they will deliver superb customer support, and that they get the needed knowledge to resolve issues. Furthermore, you will be in charge of ongoing training of employees in order to improve performance and keeping the team up to date on product and brand informations. You will have a lot of interaction with the team and therefore it is important that you are an empathic, organised, and outgoing individual, who can motivate the employees.
Their duties include creating educational material, conducting training sessions, identifying skills gaps, and ensuring staff members stay motivated.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write Norwegian and English fluently (C1).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 You have a desire to learn as well as teach. You possess a lot of patience and empathy.
🥇 Strong communication skills and you have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
