The job

As a Polish croupier/game presenter/dealer (don't worry about the title, it all means the same) you will be the face of the company and entertain online customers in modern studios. You are responsible for managing various casino games and helping players understand the rules. You will work on one gaming table for 30 minutes after which there is dealer’s change (switching to a new table/game). After every 1,5 – 2,5 hours you will have 30 minutes break time.

Your daily work will include tasks like these

  • Understand and execute the rules of the games.
  • Follow table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures and computer prompt instructions.
  • Provide players with professional assistance on game related and general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.
  • Participate in fun photo and video shootings intended for market development strategies.
  • Monitor the given table schedule, and follow instructions of the Pitbosses, Team Managers, Shift Managers, Shift Administrators and Trainers.
  • Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
  • Take part in educational events and sessions for professional skills improvement and learning new procedures.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak Polish at a native level and you are fluent in English.

🎓 It is a plus if you have work experience in entertainment or fields that require refined manner of speech, visual appearance and posture. And it can also be an advantage for you, if you have some experience in the field of customer care, hospitality, or tourism.

💪🏻 Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a high degree of punctuality and precision. Ability to handle highly stressful situations. You can express your thoughts clearly and concisely, and you are able to deal with potential conflicts.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple tasks, you are outgoing and an excellent host, that can keep an audience engaged and entertained.
