As a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist you will provide technical support for the client’s (world's biggest computer technology company) support customers. Your daily work will include tasks like the following:
💭 You speak and write Polish at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
🎓 Experience in IT is an advantage, video industry, strong CS experience
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Basic PC technical knowledge, parts, etc, how to install operations, software's.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
