When the customers contact you or vice versa, you will be there to support them and make sure they have a unique experience with your brand in all channels.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
📞 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
💻 Provide support for troubleshooting
📄 Assist with invoice-related questions
💭 You speak and write Russian at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus but not required.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
