As a Service Desk Systems professional, you will be in charge of network management and security, and thereby making the systems run smoothly. Your role is crucial in maintaining seamless operations and safeguarding the integrity and functionality of the communication infrastructure. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak Spanish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
💻 You have an advanced level on switches and routers configuration. You have Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have a passion for IT and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
