The job
As the customer service administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that incoming cases do not remain in the case management system, and that errors are fixed effectively.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Staff switchboard according to current procedures
- Create orders in the entrance and convey cases via case management system
- Help with other administrative customer centre related tasks
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Manage error reports from customer case management system
- Register workorders and convey to the districts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing checking before invoices are released, crediting manages common email basket invoice request handle debt collection deviating invoices
- Manage your inbox for customer admin, register customers in MDM
- Manage layoff and exits activity
- Handling error in invoice
- Registration of new projects
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Swedish at a B2 or C1 level and you can communicate in English (B1).
🎓 2-4 years experience in related role.
- Post-secondary education in finance administration.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Strong analytical and interpretation skills with a "continuous improvement" and agile mindset.
🥇 You have strong communication skills and you work well under pressure with deadlines.
