The job

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the Swedish Sales team. You'll be developing and executing sales strategies the Swedish market according to trends and customer feedback. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Directly engage with leads (phone, chat, and mail), present product offerings, and convert leads into sales through effective
  • communication and negotiation across the lead funnel
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients
  • Increase brand exposure by attending exhibitions and events to showcase products and interact with potential customers
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the Swedish market for outdoor living solutions, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Report to the country manager: keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets  

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1).

🎓 At least 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales, preferably in home improvement, outdoor living, or similar industries.

  • Experience in setting up and leading a small sales team, with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and drive a team to achieve targets is a plus.
  • Experience attending trade shows or exhibitions is preferred, with the ability to represent the brand effectively.

💻 You have a basic level of handling computers and managing tools.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to manage sales and track performance.

💪🏻 Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required to effectively communicate to a diverse audience. You are confident, driven and results-oriented.

🥇 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and great analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue.
