As a customer service agent you'll be the first point of contact between the online casino and the players. In this role it's important to prioritise player satisfaction and show professionalism as well as empathy. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write Turkish (minimum C1) and you can communicate in English.
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus.
💻 Strong online communication and customer handling skills.
💪🏻 You are a fast learner, and you have great communication skills.
