About Job Squad
To put it simple, we are a language-centred and personalised recruitment agency with a corporate twist. We create value for both candidates and companies by carefully matching the right candidate with the right company in order to provide the best possible work culture and environment, as well as seeking for long-term employment – making both employees and employers all around the world happy.
Job Squad was founded by two young Danish entrepreneurs with a passion for recruitment and HR. One has years of experience in corporate recruitment, the other is obsessed with startups and has several young businesses to his name. Job Squad’s vision and goal is to create career opportunities for Europeans across borders to strengthen and develop their personal growth and career diversity. By breaking down borders and bringing on a wide variety of clients and positions we aim to provide meaningful jobs in exciting locations for everyone.
We help our candidates from start to finish with no fees! We help with building CV’s, preparing for job interviews, signing the contract, the process of moving abroad and also looking out for the candidates once they have relocated to the new country. We are here to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, and to ensure that both employer and employee feels comfortable and supported all the way!
Who are the people working at Job Squad?
Our team is a diverse, dynamic, and multinational team who all possess a great passion and desire for travelling. This means that we have firsthand experiences with living and working abroad in many different countries as well as supporting many different languages. Because of our own exposure to moving and working abroad, we all hold a deep-rooted desire to help others, because we have all experienced the grateful feeling of getting help and feeling supported on our own journeys.
Our jobs range from recruiting, HR to admin and marketing etc., and we all share the passion of travelling and taking on challenges and adventures. And for us, it goes without saying that no matter what job title we have, we are here to cooperate across teams to help each other provide the best and most accurate and genuine advice, information, and recommendations for candidates, companies and internally.
What do we offer?
We work from many different locations, although mainly in Europe, but we have daily and weekly meetings and we work closely together in different teams. The knowledge and perspectives our squad has gained (and still is gaining) from working and living abroad is what is knitting us all closer together, despite the fact that we are in different countries and timezones – and even continents. Our work ethics and culture is built on a genuine interest and passion for helping others, connecting and making a difference no matter how big or small.
