Amber is originally from Venlo, the Netherlands, but the beautiful Spanish city Valencia has won her heart and it has been her home since 2020.

She has a big passion for adventure and connecting people with new opportunities and finding their perfect match for a job abroad. The ability to guide people towards making their dreams come true and see them succeeding in life, especially when it comes to working abroad, is what drives her.

Amber decided to move abroad after a family trip to the Dominican Republic, where she fell in love with the culture, music, and language. She initially planned to move to Puerto Rico, but decided to learn Spanish in Spain first. She moved to Valencia as an au pair in 2020 and from the moment she arrived, she felt right at home.

Amber’s advice to anyone moving abroad is never saying no to plans. She believes in saying yes to new experiences, whether it’s going to a party, trying a new sport, or attending an event. For Amber, living abroad is about stepping out of your comfort zone and getting the most out of everything life has to offer.
